How the licence works

  1. Buy once

    The licence is yours to keep. It covers one production domain plus one staging domain, and you can move it to a new domain from your account.

  2. First year included

    Every release published during the year, plus support tickets from your account.

  3. Renew when you choose

    Renewal adds another year of updates and support. If you skip it, your install keeps running on the version it has. Nothing is switched off.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Canadian buyers pay GST, HST or PST for their province; buyers outside Canada pay no Canadian sales tax.

What does one licence cover?

One production domain plus one staging domain, with every module included. Local and test hosts such as localhost and *.test do not count. There are no per-technician or per-client fees.

What happens when the year of updates ends?

Your install keeps working on the version it has. Nothing switches off. Renew when you want another year of updates and support.

What do I need to run it?

A server running Ubuntu 22.04 or later, or Debian 12 or later, and a domain name. The one-script installer, which ships with version 1.0, sets up PHP 8.4, MariaDB, Nginx and the background services.

Can I put my own brand on it?

Yes. Your company name, logo and colour appear in the app, the client portal, emails and printed invoices.

Which AI providers does it use?

The one you connect, with your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. Without a key, triage falls back to built-in rules and the desk works as normal.

Can I read the code?

Yes, apart from the licence-checking code, which is obfuscated. The licence and the EULA set out how you may use it.
