Website analytics
Website › Analytics shows whether your website is bringing in business. It counts visits to your public site and what visitors did there, next to the website leads and new clients for the same 7, 30 or 90 days.
It is first-party and cookieless. The counting runs on your own server, and nothing goes to an outside analytics service.
What it shows
| Panel | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Visitors | People who visited, each counted once per day |
| Page views | Every page that was viewed |
| Conversions | Taps on your phone number or email address, contact-form and newsletter sign-ups, and clicks on a pricing plan. The conversion rate is conversions per visitor |
| Top pages | The most-viewed pages, and which of them lead to conversions |
| Referring sites | The websites that sent visitors, such as search engines, social sites and directories. Only the site name is kept, never the full link |
| Devices | The kinds of device visitors used |
| Website leads and new clients | Contact-form enquiries that reached the CRM, and clients added in the same period |
Privacy
- No cookies. A visitor is counted with a hash that changes every day and is never stored, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next. No cookie banner is needed for it.
- No stored IP addresses.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Visitors with either one switched on are not counted. Search-engine crawlers are not counted either.
- 13-month retention. Older records are deleted automatically.
